Just like Mega Man (1), this title doesn't have any link with the NES version. The game is long out of print, obviously. The game came on floppy disks, in both 5 1/4' (remember those?) and 3 1/2' format. This was the first third-party Mega Man game ever, made by Hi Tech Expressions. The first Mega Man game on the computer isn't a port of the NES title: it's a brand new game, although not an extra good one: the graphics, music and controls are pretty bad.
